Ok so you have the phone and now you want to connect to the net. Important for all you AOL users, you will not be able to use AOL in Spain without paying a surcharge of $6.00 per hour !! You can however connect using a spanish ISP and use AOL as your browser, please note you will still be charged your monthly subscription but no connection charges.
There are many different Spanish ISP's to choose from, we have included the most popular. Simply follow the links for full details on their main plans :

Terra
Wanadoo
Gonuts4free
T
iscali
Y
a.com

They all offer a variety of service plans based upon usage and speed and are becoming very competitive. It is worth remembering that most of these providers only have customer support in Spanish. Gonuts offers English speaking support, however you may want to weigh this service up against their pricing specifically if you want an ADSL connection.
If you simply need configuration information or phone numbers click on the provider below for tel numbers, mail servers and contact details.

Why pay someone to set up your internet connection it is very simple, if you have he right instructions! We have spent some time compiling a guide to setting up your connection, you can Click to download the guide download it here and print it out and follow along.
Although most of the Spanish ISP's have a button that you click when you sign up for your account that will set your computer up remotely we recommend that you do it manually, to keep your computer system Spanish free !

Having an ISP [Internet Service Providers] means that you will be able to connect to the internet. If you have an email account with a previous provider in the UK , such as freeserve or lineone etc you will be able to access it on line at their website. You can also download the mail directly into Outlook or Outlook Express. For instructions on how to setup your Outlook account Click to download the guide click here
